Hosted by DAR with the support of
LCIGS. A light breakfast will be
served along with lunch. Topics:
Census, Pensions, Websites, Where
to research in LaGrange Co., Jean
Fremion-McKibben reports on her
gravestone project, DAR- what is it &
what do they do?, & much more. The
workshop is open to anyone with no
charge. Reservations are necessary so

Look-up Assistance Fee
LCIGS provides a look-up service to assist you in your LaGrange County research. Volunteers have access to many documents not found in the library.
The new fees were approved Oct 25, 2012.
1. $2.00 per item for marriage, death, birth, burial or obits that we have indexed.
2. $5.00 per page on microfilm including marriages, obits, divorces, land grants from microfilm. If more than one page per item it is additional $2.00.
3. Extensive research including Probate Records, Extensive land grants and other records that require a good amount of time will be referred to our genealogists who will set their own fee. This will depend on the involvement of the research.
